Becca has been a practicing certified personal trainer for over five years. In 2004she received her Bachelor ofScience in Health, Fitness, & Recreational Resources with a concentration in Exercise Science from George Mason University. Since her graduation she has acquired numerous personal training and specialty certifications.
She values education and is committed to remaining abreast on the latest health science and research in her field. Becca’sregular attendance to nation-wide symposiums, conferences, and workshops throughout the year allows her to consistently provide safe, effective, and high-quality programs for her clients. She is always integrating new and exciting concepts, exercises and motivational techniques into her approach, and programs.
Before starting Fitness INSPIRATION! Inc. Becca worked in many settings, such as: wellness centers, gyms, athletic facilities, college campuses, corporate centers, and outdoor training venues. She has served as Fitness Center Coordinator, Fitness Supervisor, Head Trainer, Program Design Specialist, Head Coach, Mentor, and Camp Coordinator.
Becca’s experience includes working with recreationally goal-oriented individuals as well as middle school, high school, and college athletes. Additionally, she has worked with special populations, police officers, fire fighters, and individuals recovering from exercise addiction and/or body image distortion.Athletes include: volleyball, basketball, football, soccer, gymnasts, softball, hockey, dance, cheerleading, swimming, martial arts and more…
